What We Actually Sell
Ondano Waves is first and foremost a free editorial site: every story, guide, map pin and photo is available to everyone at zero cost.
The only paid products we currently offer are optional digital items: the yearly Swell Alert Pro subscription (advanced charts + priority secret-spot drops), occasional paid premium map packs, and rare e-books or video guides when we release them. Everything else stays free forever.
Our Promise Is Very Simple
If you buy something from us and, for any reason, you feel it wasn’t worth the money, we give you your money back. No interrogation, no “partial use” calculations, no guilt trip.
Refund Window
You have 30 full days from the moment of purchase to request a refund. Bought a map pack, used it for two weeks, and still hate it? Still refunded. Signed up for Swell Alert Pro and the forecast was wrong twice? Still refunded.
How It Works
Just send one short email to [email protected] with your order number (or even just the email you used to pay) and write “refund please” or literally anything longer than three words.
We process the refund the same day or the next business day at latest, back to the original payment method, full amount, no questions asked.
Subscription Specifics
If you cancel Swell Alert Pro anytime, even after 11 months, you keep access until the current billing period ends and we simply stop the next charge. If you ask for a refund inside the first 30 days, we return every cent and cancel immediately.
Non-Refundable (the only two things)
Payment processing fees that Stripe/PayPal keep are sadly outside our control and cannot be returned. Custom physical merchandise (if we ever release stickers or printed photo books) follows standard shipping rules once the item has left our hands.
We Rather Lose $20 Than Lose Your Trust
We’re a tiny team of surfers, not a corporation. We would rather refund twenty people who changed their mind than have even one person feel ripped off. The ocean is big enough for all of us, and so is our refund button.
